Analyst (PE/VC) - Entry Level, Open to Fresh Grads

Position: Financial Research AnalystDepartment: Private Equity & Venture Capital (PE/VC)The Research Analyst provides accurate, reliable, and timely financial market data to internal database and to internal/external clientele.Job Responsibilities:Reporting to the region’s managerCover and update information on private equity asset managers, their funds under management, and their portfolio companiesNews will have to be monitored daily and the data amended and added accordingly in a timely fashionEach private equity firm will have to be maintained within a yearly update cycleRegulations (such as disclosure, reporting, taxes, etc.) related to the venture capital and private equity industry will have to be monitoredSources of information used will have to be expanded​Job Requirements:Capacity to analyze and identify data for inputting the data in the private equity and venture capital tables.Capacity to review and sort quickly informationCapacity to understand and explain how data should be presented and why some data is used or discardedThe capacity to find information from multiple sources and aggregate them in a coherent fashionFluency in English and the required languageGood organization skills and capacity to work autonomously requiredPrior research experience in any given field requiredCollege degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent is requiredUnderstanding financial markets and instruments as well as prior exposure to the private equity industry is a plus.Desirable Qualifications:Excellent research skillsFinance industry knowledge is a plusFlexible - willing to work in a shifting scheduleWilling to work in McKinley West, Taguig (shuttle service provided)This is an entry-level position and fresh graduates are encouraged to applyabout FactSetFactSet is a leading provider of integrated online financial and economic information to the global financial community.
