ACCOUNTING STAFF-BINONDO, MANILA

The Accounting Staff is responsible in ensuring general ledger (GL) account transactions on accounts payables (AP) and assets, liabilities and expenses are posted on its ledger accounts on a regular basis and are reconciled with actual transactions. He or she provides clerical support to the Accounting Manager in the attainment of departmental goals and objectives.

Reconciles bank balances and bank cash flows. Records issued checks and monitors bank depositsSubmits report on Cost of Sales from the General Ledger.Prepares Accounts Payable (AP) Outstanding Report from the accounting system and provides AP Staff of MSPC and CSMC for reconciliation with actual AP transactions.Checks, files and safe keeps documents of plant payroll transmittal list.
