about our Near Hire Training

To employ high potential Senior High School Graduates to be competitive, and marketable. This program will help individuals thru employment in the firm with option to complete Diploma in 4 years thru Tuition Assistance Program (TAP).

Minimum Qualifications:

Completed at-least K-12 Must be computer literate Must possess a laptop or desktop With stable internet connection

What will happen?

HR conducts the interview to gauge motivation, job conditions amenability, check conflict of interest and basic skills.once passed the HR Interview, your application will be endorsed to hiring managers for next set of interviews. Otherwise, you will be endorsed to Near Hire Training.After the training, application will be endorsed to hiring managers for further assessment.

This is a 20-day training program that aims to improve on the following:

Communication Skills Customer ServiceProblem Solving/Analytical Thinking
