In Data Services, we are simplifying Data challenges related to: Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, Capital Adequacy, Liquidity and Market Transparency. As an Operations Analyst, the role will perform management control testing and ensure client satisfaction through timely issue resolution. It will also use DTCC tools to come up with new and innovative ways to streamline operational processes.

What You'll Do

Respond to client inquiriesDeliver trial data to prospectsPerform management control testingReport on client response times for monthly management reportingManage a client database utilizing DTCC toolsQuery database tables to research and solve business problemsComplete ad-hoc projects to improve operational efficiencies and support product development and packagingAlign risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate appropriately
