Billing Specialist

Job Qualifications:   

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/ Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Management, or equivalent.1-5 (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Must have experience in GLOBAL online Payment Gateway ex: PayPal, Xsolla, pay letterMust have experience with google app payment.Must be able to analyze payment data.Must have experienced in claim analysis.Must have a strong analytical mind and works well under pressureor has similar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviews all records associated with bills to ensure accuracyMeets all billing deadlinesKeeps detailed records of all billing transactions expenses income and fund transfersReconciles billing records and reports income projections to administrationParticipates in auditsProduces reports for the management upon request or on a regular basis.Produces charts and graphs to show revenue variances for analysis by billing manager or executive staff.Ensures confidentiality in billing procedures.Analyzes and reviews delinquent accounts.Works with attorneys when legal intervention is necessary to obtain payment of bills.Takes part in the selection of new or upgraded computer billing systems.Dealing with chargebacks/ refund requests of clientsCreating and sending Daily Billing reports of revenueResearching/ Checking new appropriate possible payment gatewaysIntegrating new Payment Gateways/ Payment MethodInvestigating Fraud transactions and suspicious accounts with the operations teamMonitoring users’ daily transactionManagement of current PG’sBlocking suspicious users and releasing legit usersCreating Risk Management Policy if neededRequest investigation to Operations Team for new users to minimize the amount of chargeback (Daily).Slack monitoring
