Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining proper security of sensitive paperwork and conversationsManage delinquents and communications with neighborsAssist in the goal of neighbors feeling valued and cared forKeep Property Management issues extremely confidentialAssist Property Management leadership as neededAssists with administrative processes as directed.Maintains databases as assigned.Receives, prioritizes, issues and logs work order requests, receipts and daily transaction, monitors assignments to ensure work gets completed.Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.With at least 1 year experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.Excellent communication skillsWith experience in customer serviceCan work well using MS Office ProgramsWork-related experience is an advantage公司介绍
