CREDIT & COLLECTIONS STAFF

Responsibilities:

·      Keeps the clients’ accounts in good status through proper account management

·      Helps the company to reduce the risk of non-collection

·      Maintains a positive relationship with the customers by rendering excellent customer service

Requirements:

·      Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in any business course

·      Proficient in computer applications

·      With excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·      Those with outstanding academic and extra-curricular achievements will have an advantage
