职位描述

1. In charge of the allocation of samples to sales force

2. Monitors and reconciles samples and promo materials inventories

3. Posts sample transactions to Inventory System

4. Coordinates with Distributor and sales force

5. Accepts and validates returned samples and promo materials

6. Monitors and processes invoices from clients.

7. Analyzes and adjusts accounting entries, when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or Financial Management with good scholastic recordsExposure in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus factorProficient in various MS office applicationsPossesses positive work attitude and fast learner
