Accounts Receivable Analyst

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

In charge in printing monthly customer billing (customer sales invoices).Responsible to dispatch billing in allocated time or cut-off time.Follow up collection and assign to designated collectors.Posting of daily collection to accounting system.Monitors client's accounts if customer has overdue billing to validate the approval of sales orders (SO).Inform and coordinate with the VP-Controller or the Accounting Manager regarding payment collections made through electronic banking (e-banking) and other forms of money transfer.Generate monthly AR/Collection report and submit to Sales Manager.Checking of driver's payroll and submit to VP-Controller.Submission of Invoices for non-trade customers to the Accounting Analyst for Account Payables for processing of collection and off-setting with supplier accounts.Ensures the accuracy of VAT withheld deducted on collections received.Power to authorize the hold of delivery and other products for non-paying accounts.Performs other function that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in AccountancyProficiency in accounting, and the ability to offer assistance on accounting functionsEnthusiasm and involvement in improving accounting processesAbility to stay focus on tasks while meeting up with deadlinesAbility to offer proficient solution to problemsGood in communication, both verbal and writtenAbility to make good presentations, analyze report, and respond to accounting issuesAbility to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
