Assistant HR Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

Graduate of BS Psychology or other Social Sciences coursesMust have at least 5 years of Supervisory / Assistant Manager experience in Human Resources in a BPO companyMust have above-average communications skills in written and oral English and Filipino.Must have excellent business writing skills.Must have experience in recruitment, hiring and placement, payroll processing, employee benefits administration, labor relations and labor laws / Labor Code.Must have good soft skills and diplomacy, and general understanding of diverse business environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversees the overall daily workload of the department.Ensures SLAs to Staff Requisitions are met up to Onboarding.Provides support and leadership guidelines to HR Generalists, Recruiters and HR Staff to understand execute talent acquisition and maintenance with respect to recruitment, retention and succession planning.Extend strong management monitoring and control for recruitment, interviewing, hiring qualified candidates.Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and case investigations.Drives knowledge of industry and competitive HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies and advanced techniques and processes for policies and labor compliance.
