Key Areas of Responsibility (Over what areas does this role have responsibility?)
Duties and responsibilities:
Manage the ticketing system for all PH staff in terms of onboarding, inboarding and offboardingLiaise with managers, IT and other departments to provide a smooth onboarding experience for new startersContact other companies to conduct employment checks and verification.Coordinate with third party vendors conducting employment checks and verification to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner.Provides support to employees in various HR-related topicsOrganize, compile, update company personnel records and documentationManage and update HR database and reports Assist employees’ questions and provide requested informationEnsures compliance with labour regulationsReport to the office to perform administrative and liaising tasks and responsibilities.Visit government agencies to perform administrative and liaising tasks and responsibilities when needed.Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to timeQualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of experience in HR or RecruitmentMust be willing to work from the officeMust be willing to visit government agencies when neededExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR softwareGreat communication and written skills Great phone conversation skillsExperience working autonomously in a fast-paced environmentSound knowledge and skills in recruitment and administrationWhat's in store for you at Lendi?
