Affiliate Support Specialist (Cavite)

Job Overview

The Affiliate Support Specialist will be the post-onboarding point person of all affiliate business partners. This role will also take the lead in the affiliate activation, productivity and loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities

Present concepts, activation and loyalty programs to spur affiliate productivity and conversion.Optimize and maintain ambassador/influencer programs in conjunction with the regular business affiliates. Monitor and present results of affiliate marketing campaigns to internal business partners and key stakeholders.Partner with backroom and the Marketing team to gather data and establish new reports and dashboards.Prepare and deliver findings to key partners.Ensure influencer and affiliate rewards and programs are paid or disbursed on time.Trigger payout of rewards and incentives.Operationalize the monthly affiliate townhall meetings, including the rewards and recognition portion.Monitor the over-all affiliate performance. Report actual versus monthly KPIs.

Job Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or other related field preferredAt least 2 years of experience in sales administration, marketing support, or social media marketingReal Estate experience is a plusGood interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)Must be willing to work in CaviteTuesday to Saturday work schedule; open to working on weekends and holidays
