1. Administer end to end recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
2. Check and collect pre employment and bank payroll requirements
3. Encode information of new employees and maintain 201 files
4. Facilitate new employee orientation
5. Monitor monthly attendance and issue memorandum for disciplinary action
6. Answer inquiries on timekeeping and payroll concerns
7. Facilitate process on company initiated benefits
8. Administer clearance and quit claim for separated employees
9. Other tasks as needed
Qualification:
1. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent
2. Has excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Preferably with related work experience
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City
