Financial Accountant

POSITION OVERVIEWThe Financial Accountant primarily involves owning key financial accounting functions for the property division. Primarily involves owning the management accounting function for the property division.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the end of month Close and prepares monthly reportingResponsible in Bank ReconciliationConducts Fixed Asset ManagementPrepares accruals and prepaymentsOversight of accounts payable and receivablePerforms balance sheet reconciliationAssistance with audit and controlsContribute to process improvement across daily/monthly tasksPrepare yearly property budgets and forecastsPrepare month end accruals and prepaymentsProperty month end reporting including variance, trend analysis and forecastingResponsible for preparing the Monthly Balance sheet reconciliation on Property/entity levelCash variance reportingBudgeting and forecastsAd-hoc project workPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or any Business related course,  Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not requiredAt least 2 years of work experience as Senior Financial Accountant is required for this roleCandidates with background in Real Estate Property  or Funds Management is an advantageExperience in a multinational company is an advantageExperience in Automated System is an nice to have but not a prerequisiteWorking knowledge in MRI Software is a plusMust have strong English communication skillsProactive with good interpersonal skills and a team playerMust be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in an early morning shift
