Creative Director

Full Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Creative Director to manage all aspects of the firm's marketing efforts to promote our company's brand and services translating to increased brand awareness and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Increasing brand awareness and market share.Coordinating marketing strategies.Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.Communicates with third parties and outside consultants to help marketing projects come to fruition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.At least five years of experience as a Creative Director or similar role.Proficiency in Hubspot electronic marketing automation software is a big plus.Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.Experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand developmentSuperb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong time management and organizational abilities.
