Job Summary
Primarily responsible in leading the department in achieving the respective annual sales and account persistency targets set forth by the company. Ensures that an effective relationship management with external clients is in place and consistently implemented.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.HMO/Insurance experience is an advantageProven leadership and ability to drive sales teamExcellent presentation and Customer Service SkillsVALUCARE provides our employees with a total rewards package, which includes competitive market benefits
