Area Sales and Marketing Supervisor - Bukidnon Area

Job Overview:

We are looking for an organized Area Sales and Marketing Supervisor to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the hybrid corn industry. The Sales and Marketing Supervisor's responsibilities include generating strategic sales plans, create engaging demand creation programs, promotional visuals and literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting departmental objectives. The ASMS represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

To be a successful ASMS, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.

Qualifications:

-Graduate of Agriculture or any related course.

-Experience in corn seed business is a plus.

-With strong organizational and leadership skills

-Willing to handle Mindanao operations
