Front End Supervisor (Santiago)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates regularly with the Store Manager for any changes/improvements in the store.

• Checks schedules of rank and file employees to maximize their utilization coordinated with the other store officers

• Responsible for the supervision of the performance of all rank and file positions directly reporting to them.

• Has good leadership skills and has experience handling cashiers and baggers.

• Must know how to operate POS and can provide accurate daily sales reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.At least Supervisor / 1 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.Willing to be assigned at SantiagoCan start immediatelyFull-Time position(s) available.
