Senior Accountant (Permanent Work-from-Home)

This is a full-time position.Hours are Tuesday- Saturday, 7 am to 4 pm.The company provides work-from-home equipment (computer, monitor, headset, webcam, etc.)HMOVacation and Sick LeaveGuaranteed pay increase after six months and another after one year.

Duties:

Prepare both cash and accrual financial statementsBuild cash flow analysis reportsAnalyze financial statements and make recommendationsDaily communication by phone or email with interdepartmental members and outside vendors In charge of recording of all related to general accounts such as but not limited to accruals, amortization, payroll, reserves, and othersPrepare budgets and variance analysis reports.document workflow to identify and ensure appropriate internal controls over financial reportingAssist in processing Accounts Payable transactions such as processing of operating and trust invoicesPrepare Aging of AccountsData entry and file maintenanceReconciles daily receipts

Qualifications:

MUST live relatively close to Laguna TechnoparkBachelor's degree in accountingThree (3) years or more in general accounting experienceExperience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, etc.)Advance Excel skills, including the ability to work with lookups and pivot tablesStrong organizational, commercial, and business awareness, analytical, and excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailMust be comfortable speaking English and have good written communication skillsMust have good internet and a quiet place at home to work
