QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical or any relevant Industrial courses

With at least 2 years significant product experience related to industrial sales

Fast Learner with Good Communication and Confidence in dealing with people

Must have a good planning and organizing skills

Must be Good Team Player, Resilient and Adaptable

Works with minimum supervision

Know how to drive and possesses a valid driver’s license to visit the customers

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and supervise the progress of Sales Group.Act as Lead Sales Engineer on the Group Sales ActivitiesAchieve the sales targets for designated area/segment coverage within given schedulePresent, promote & sell products/services by doing telemarketing and client visitsPrepare sales offers and actively respond to sales inquiries & client concernsAble to search potential customers and to develop as new valued accountProviding pre-technical sales support and product demo to meet client needsEstablish good customer relationships and maintain regular contact with all customersNegotiating the terms of agreement and closing salesResponsible to conceptualizing and proposing an end-to-end solutionShould be able to promptly resolve client complaints and ensure maximum client satisfactionSupport marketing through promoting in social mediaRepresenting the company at trade exhibitions and marketing eventsPreparation of sales related report and submission on required timeRecording and maintaining client contact dataShould be updated with product features and new trendsCoordinate with co-workers to ensure timely/optimum delivery schedules & customer serviceHandle return of merchandise and ensure to avoid payment issue from the clientsEnsure adherence to the work policies, ethics, rules & regulations of the companyTake action on other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time
