SALES EXECUTIVE

THE SALES EXECUTIVEis directly reporting to the Branch Head in the absence of the Branch Head he will be reporting to the Sales Manager and responsible for the safekeeping of All bid/ contract/ plans specification documents carried out by personnel/team within his department. His responsibilities are to:a.     Assist and Respond to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.b.     Submission of proposals to the client.c.      Coordinate with the sales manager of clients' request for a site visit with the engineering department  d.     Maintain relationships with existing clients thru telephone calls & emails.e.     Involve of MARKETING  (Website, Flyers, Company Profile. Etc.)  Years of Experience: 2-5 years in sales and contracts in the related field.·        Graduate of any 4-year business course- electrical/ mechanical engineering graduate or equal related field is an ADVANTAGE but not preferred.
