Summary: Monitor the performance of all Sales and identify areas of improvement.Develop a relationship with the rank and file, support group and stakeholders that makes it easy to communicate different sales ideas and issues at hand.onboard and train new hires on sales initiatives and guidelinesSet sales goal attainments and timelinesProvide coaching sessions, and other role-playing activities.Establish training needs and materials by observing sales encounters, studying sales performance and reportsCollect feedback regarding training programs.Prepare and present reports to program stake holders.Stay up-to-date with the new market trends and demands.Minimum Qualifications:Must have atleast 1 year of TEAM LEAD experience in sales.Bachelors Degree is desired, but Highschool graduates can be accepted.Must be amenable to work on site in Makati.Account: US Telecommunications - Sales DepartmentSite: Alorica Alphaland (Makati - Near MRT Magallanes Station)
