Our Accounting Consultants have been creating value for 85 of the Fortune 100 clients for the past 20 years. We are currently looking for a Lead Consultant to support one of the biggest Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical Companies Globally with their Intercompany Accounting Processes.

Looking for an opportunity to be part of an established global management consulting firmAvailable Immediately or with a short notice periodAble to work on a Mid/ Night Shift schedule

Your Key Responsibilities

Support and add value to client’s Intercompany process and month-end close process, including maintaining the general ledger and sub-ledgers, reviews journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations as well as analyze account variancesLead the team and make sure KPIs are achieved. Provide coaching on best practices and helps team members grow in their role.Communicate and follow up with business partners to ensure that open/outstanding issues are resolved in a timely mannerPrepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports, review policies and procedures to ensure SOX complianceIdentify and implement process improvements and system enhancements

We are looking for someone with

Bachelor’s Degree in AccountingCPA, CMA, CIA or CFE preferredAt leas 8 years of experience in Intercompany Accounting or General AccountingProven Leadership/ Team Management ExperienceExperience with SAP or any large ERP systems and strong MS Office technical skills, specifically with MS ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, with a strong orientation to client service, time management, and project delivery
