Assists Category Management by effectively and efficiently accomplishing the following administrative functions for sales planning and, data analysis, sales reference and to ensure smooth flow of department operations: a) preparation of daily schedules b) preparation of paper works c) generation of reports (Weekly/ Semi Monthly/ Monthly) d) daily creation of Request for Disbursement (for local purchases) e) creation of Petty Cash Vouchers (PCV) f) preparation of documents for Pouching (Daily) g) processing of Office Supplies Replenishment (Monthly)Completely and accurately consolidates and generates the following for data analysis and reference for overall performance and RMD’s data analysis and reference. a) Values for BSC of MTD / QTR & YTD b) Sales / Sales margin c) AIT per CategoryQualifications/Skills:> Computer Proficient > Has advanced proficiency in using Excel > Willing to work overtime even on rest days and holidays > Dependable and trustworthy > With good judgement and decision making > Highly trainable and with strong inter-personal skills > Good communication skills
