     BRANCH HEAD

JOB DEscriptION:

1.   Provide appropriate orientation for the employee and addressing important rules and regulations that will make their stay in the company pleasant.

2.   Sign daily time record and attendance records and approve leave and overtime, complete or review and time sheets/daily time record;

3.   Responsible for documenting performance and keeping written records of performance problems. Address performance problems that are for corrective action,

4.   Responsible in making daily financial reports of the store such as Cash Sales, Charge Sales, Credit Memo and Cashiers Report.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  BS in Business Administration or related field.

·  Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices

·  Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

·  Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations

·  Excellent organization skills

·  Leadership and human resource management skills

·  Must possess strong value of honesty and integrity

·  Willing to be trained at General Santos City

·  With good communication skills (both written and oral)
