职位描述

Key Responsibilities:

A.    Managing the Stock Room (organization)  

1.     Organizes and arranges stocks efficiently and reports back immediately to OIC:

                                        a.    Selling (daily)

                                        b.    Repairs  

                                        c.    Laundry

                                        d.    Re-tagging

B.    Store Housekeeping (cleaning and maintenance)

1.     Cleans and maintains all areas of the store: floor, walls, ceiling, mirrors, glass panels, fitting rooms, counter, wrapping station, signage, shelves, display tables, display racks

2.     Conducts daily and regular cleaning and disposal of trash

3.     Checks various cleaning equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings are in order and good working condition at all times

4.     Reports immediately to the OIC all areas and items for service and repair

5.     Monitors inventory of store cleaning supplies, stock room supplies and wrapping materials weekly

C.    Merchandise

1.     Knows and executes P&G for

                                        a.    Steaming of merchandise

                                        b.    Merchandise handling and care

                                        c.    Merchandise Security Tags

                                        d.    Re-tagging

                                        e.    Folding merchandise for wrapping

                                         f.    Merchandise Wrapping

2.     Replenishes stocks in the display and selling area (mannequins, hang racks, shelves, display tables) to ensure completeness of merchandise on display

D.    Receiving and Organizing of Inventory – 10%

1.     Receives all merchandise deliveries and checks the following: 

                                        a.    Accuracy of data in the MTS VS actual items received

                                        b.    Quality of merchandise received

                                        c.    Security Hard Tag

2.     Prepares, communicates and sends discrepancy report directly to Immediate Superior (IS) immediately

3.     Packs all merchandise and assists OIC on all merchandise transfers as needed
