By joining our global team and learning from renowned subject matter experts, we can offer you a diverse career that could take you anywhere in the world.Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a qualified Senior Finance Officer to join our growing Accounting team in Manila, Philippines.Reporting to the Lead Accountant the Senior Finance Officer shall perform a comprehensive accounting service in a fast-paced and collaborative working environment.The tasks you'll perform

Perform due diligence in relation to the Company's regulatory permits and government-mandated procedures.Maintain financial integrity by following internal controls.Comply with all financial and accounting legal requirements by studying and remaining up-to-date on new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on necessary action.Maintain and update payroll information and ensure that payroll transactions are processed accuratelySourcing, engaging, negotiating and maintaining long-term relationships with third-party vendors to secure advantageous terms.Drive high quality commercial performance by understanding the contractual commitments, better buying and use of preferred suppliers.Assist in preparation of information packs for half-year audit review and annual statutory audits.Assist in preparation of annual financial statements.Timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts and reports

The expertise you'll bring

Certified Public Accountant with 3-5 years post qualification experience in a similar capacityAdept in end-to-end Payroll ManagementExperienced in Statutory Benefits AdministrationSolid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills.Abreast with current sourcing and procurement techniques and negotiation termsHigh level of attention to detail and conscientious work ethics
