E-Commerce Associate

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

To assist the Sales & Marketing Department to achieve the overall revenue and expense budget.To establish annual operating budgets which will form part of the Resort’s Annual Business Plan.To assist the Corporate Marketing Head and Director of Sales to establish in conjunction with the Revenue Manager, an Annual Marketing Plan with measurable objectives, strategies and action plan so as to achieve revenue and profit targets as outlined in the Annual Business Plan.To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as per Policies & Procedures.To provide feedback to the Management Committee on the effectiveness of acquisition and retention activities and to re-evaluate programs on an ongoing basis so as to achieve/ exceed the objectives as outlined in the Annual Marketing and Business Plan.To provide feedback to the Corporate Marketing Head and Director of Sales on market needs, trends and competition as a result of digital programs.To explore new markets and potential accounts.To obtain and maintain an awareness of community, business, political and social factors which may affect the hotel’s financial objectives.To ensure a high level of exposure for the resort through online campaigns and collaborations.To maintain rate parity and proper allotment distribution to all channels.To be demanding and critical when it comes to departmental standards.

QUALIFICATION

Candidate must be College graduateMust have at least 3 years experience as E-commerce supervisor or any work relatedCan start immediatelyWilling to assign on Bataan
