Ecommerce Senior Manager

Will manage the e-commerce platforms where the products will be soldDevelop and carry out strategic online marketing plans to ensure the growth of Condura's e-commerce businessResponsible of strategies that will allow Condura to optimize deals on e-commerce sites for our brandIdentify product portfolio opportunities for e-commerce in collaboration with category product managersCollaborate with IMC (campaign development), DSG (content development), Customer Experience(New Ventures e-commerce operations) in the development and execution of e-commerce marketing plans. Will also collaborate with SME and IL for inventory management and delivery process improvementsGeneral duties will include e-commerce analytics market research, budgeting, supervising the e-commerce division and presenting project designs and financial/sales results to upper management.

Job Qualifications

High aptitude and experience in internet-related technologies, marketplace and on-line marketing programs5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally with a recognized brand in retail/FMCG or at an agencyRecent and successful track record in building and running eCommerce business model, preferably direct to consumer (D2C) e-commerce experienceProven experience in developing a complex business plan and communicating simply across multiple stakeholdersExpert level of attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong business sense, excellent data analysis skillswilling to work in Makati
