Operations Lead

Responsibilities

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective wayImprove operational management systems, process, and best practices by creating or improving workflow or SOPFormulate strategic and operational objectivesManage the day-to-day performance of the Operations team to achieve targets and KPIsSet target for operation teamResponsible for the recruitment, training, induction and coaching strategy for the Operations teamResponsible for an end-to-end loan process (from checking and verified borrower documents to loan disbursement)Responsible for an end-to end collection processEnsure all the operation functions comply with company rules and regulations and government lawPreparing all the reports

 Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any major, master's degree is preferred but not requiredHave 5 years experiences in Operations position and 2 years experiences in leadership positionHave a deep understanding regarding banking, finance, fintech, and IT IndustryHave a good analytical thinkingHave a good communication skillPositive attitude, integrity, efficient, team-work, discipline and adaptableBusiness level English proficiency is a MUST (verbal and written)
