DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bookkeeping and general accounting using accounting softwarePrepares accurate account reconciliations, with supporting documentationsProcessing accounts payable, intercompany charges, and staff expensesMaintain accurate records of customers and invoices in accounting softwareProviding Support for Bank Reconciliations and other related tasks (Data Load)Support for Month end activities (e.g., allocations and accruals)Attending to any ad hoc requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldAt least 1-2 years' experience in a similar roleBackground with General Accounting and Accounts PayableBank reconciliations experienceInvoicing experience
