Job Description
Collaborate with department Managers/Branch Heads in identifying hiring needs. Incumbent will be handling the end-to-end recruitment of the company’s manpower requirements by attracting candidates using different sources- social medias, job boards, employee referrals etc. and grow a strong talent pipeline.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource and Development, Psychology, Business Administration/Management, or equivalentWith at least 1 - 2 years of working experience in handling end-to-end process of Recruitment & Onboarding.Required Skill(s): Sourcing, Screening, documentationHighly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven individual who can source, assess, and engage the right candidates to work for the company.Able to coordinate efficiently and communicate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications; Word, Powerpoint presentation, and Excel.Has excellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge in other HR Facet is an advantageWe Offer:
