Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent will handle the management and development of the merchandising business of the brands handled by PGA Cars and PGA Automotive group.Management of the lifestyle section of the company’s various brands in terms of planning, organizing, budgeting, stock control, sales/marketing, & promotions.Perform other marketing and promotional tasksEnsure the creation and application of a standard process for the evaluation and selection of lifestyle items carried by the groupMonitoring and maintenance of existing and incoming stockEnforce the proper and timely ordering procedureMonitor incoming orders for timely deliveryDissemination of the latest information regarding lifestyle items as soon as they become available to internal stakeholdersCreation of applicable marketing programs for the lifestyle items of different brands carried by the groupIdentification of new and creative avenues for growth of lifestyle business through the acquisition of new channels for distribution and/or displayManage effective and profitable pricing for merchandise acquired and ensure the viability of the merchandise business as a standalone unit.

Qualifications:

College GraduateMinimum of two year's managerial experience in the related fieldStrong merchandising expertise on all aspects of the merchandising cycle such as brand planning, forecasting, buying, pricing, inventory management and advertising/promotionsExceptional Interpersonal and communication skillsDetail OrientedPossesses leadership and organizational skills
