SummaryThe successful candidate will assist the Sales Team in all areas to meet or exceed department revenue budget and achieve customer services targets.Benefits include a competitive salary commensurate with experience and company paid employee medical insurance.This career opportunity is based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City. ResponsibilitiesTelephone sales and ticketing duties for an airline companyAchieve or exceed department revenue budgetHandle the flight requirements of premium clients, direct passengers and corporate accountsPrepare sales and revenue reports to be assigned by the Sales ManagerMaximise station sales revenue and achieve customer service targets through:Effective queue handling and optimisation of individual call time availableEfficient email handling received from customers and tradeProviding accurate information and advice to customers on airline products, loyalty program and all travel related mattersProviding quotes both written and verbal and ensuring follow-up within agreed time-framesCreating customer itineraries and accurately quoting gross and published net faresIdentify opportunities for cross- product sellingCreating customer reservations using relevant computer systems and advising customers of relevant passport/visa requirementsEnsuring commercial discounts are applied at point of sale to eligible corporate accounts as per local agreementsAssessment, calculation and processing of refunds and minimisation of write-offsQualificationsBachelor's degree from a reputable college or university            At least 2 years work experience in a travel agency or airline company is preferred but not required Background in sales or customer service, a plus                                                     Knowledge in GDS reservations and ticketing system preferred but not required                         Good verbal and written communication skills                                Excellent organizational and problem solving skillsAble to efficiently handle multiple tasks                                                       With a "can do" attitude" in bringing positive results and in offering above and beyond service to customersAbility to work effectively independently or as part of a teamCan start immediatelySALARYCompensation package depending on experience and qualifications, which includes mobile phone allowance (when deemed necessary).
