Consignment Sales Associate

Minimum Requirements:

Prior retail or customer service experience is required, experience in consignment sales is a plus but not requiredKnowledge in Microsoft office and Google SuitesBasic understanding of sales principle and customer service practices.Able to move as a part of a team and take independent initiative without supervision.Knowledgeable about Alibaba purchasing

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on products features.Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.Accepting and processing orders.Promoting special sales, offers , and awareness of the store loyalty programConduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasingstay up-to-date with new product and services
