Job Description:

Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitation and/or salesInbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/salesData entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) softwareRespond to emailsCreate reports using Microsoft Office and Google DriveMeet service level agreements set forthPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skillsTyping Speed: at least 40WPMAbility to work under pressureAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficientlyCustomer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalitiesIntelligentNo BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

MUST HAVE the following equipment:

Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (at least Pentium processor and 4 GB RAM)Headset: A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or Jabra USB type headset with noise-cancelling featureInternet connection: Wired connection; minimum of 10 MbpsSoftware: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
