Responsibilities for Medical Sales Representative

Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted productsPresent product information and deliver product samplesCommunicate with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysisAttend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuitsKeep detailed records of all contactsManage budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences and hospitalityWork with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing messagePlan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager

Qualifications for Medical Sales Representative

1-3 years experience as a medical sales representative or similar roleFamiliarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issuesBachelors degree in Medical Field or related courseKnowledge of MS OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent teamwork and networking skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesAbility to travel frequentlyStrong negotiation and sales skills
