JOB DEscriptION:

Plan, coordinate, and align with Management on goals and objectives of the Accounting DepartmentSet and align with Direct Reports on departmental goals and objectivesManage daily Accounting operationsProperly review and approve work-related transactions within the agreed area of responsibilityEffectively manage the overall work outputs of assigned team members and ensure timeliness and quality of deliveryProvide support and/or training to accounting staff as neededPerform other accounting-related tasks to be assigned as neededEnsure compliance with standard company policies and processes, as well as all national and local government requirements to minimize, if not eliminate, any liabilities or penalties

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven working experience as Accounting ManagerAdvanced computer skills on MS OfficeKnowledge and experienced using NAV and/or Acuamatica is advantage but not requiredHas experience setting up an Accounting SoftwareHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to direct and superviseBS Degree in Accounting or Finance
