Job Description

Achieve yearly target income through sponsorship and leasing of temporary spaces Conceptualize and execute fairs , special events and activities to add value to assigned propertySpearhead special events, projects, activations in common areas of property handled. Assist in booking events in assigned properties and areasKeep a calendar of all promotions and activities happening in property assigned toMonitor all promotions & activities and prepares post evaluation reports for every eventCoordinate with Leasing group to come up with an updated list of tenants of property handledMonitor and update tenant sales and performance / Manage yearly promo and activities calendar of property handledEnsure that all events, exhibitors and organizers are following the company rule and guidelinesEnsure that penalties are imposed and collected to guidelines violatorsMonitor all event performance and prepares post evaluation reports for every eventPrepare contracts and other documents and job orders related to eventsCreate and build suppliers database / Create bids for required suppliers and servicesPrepare all necessary documents to close to ensure suppliers are properly paid on timePrepare / keep documentation of all promotional collaterals used in promotions and special activitiesPrepare and monitor liquidation reports for promo major / corporate sponsorsMonitor liquidation of prizes solicited from sponsorsEnsure that all merchandising areas are in good condition  Willing to be assigned at Festive Walk Mall Iloilo City
