QUALIFICATION

Eligibility:

RA 1080, CS Professional, CSC PO1 (July 5, 1998 on wards), Penology Officer and any appropriate Second Level Eligibility

Education:

Master's Degree

Training:

PS Officer's Senior Executive Course (OSEC) or its equivalent

Work Experience:

Three (3) Years as Superintendent
