Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all timesResponding promptly to customer inquiriesCommunicating with customers through various channelsAcknowledging and resolving customer complaintsKeeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaintsProviding feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer supportRequirements:
Senior Highschool or completed at least 2 years in Collegewith at least 6 months of BPO experienceAmenable to work onsite, night shift/shifting scheduleGood communication skillsStrong will and commitment to the jobcan start ASAPwilling to attend an onsite interviewSalary range: 22k to 30k for the package
