Responsibilities:

Implement effective strategies to optimize sales of Quipper’s e-learning productsEstablish connections in the Philippine education industryBuild and maintain good relationships with various private schoolsAnticipate customers’ needs and expectationsAchieve net growth sales targets within agreed timelines

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Capability to develop sales/marketing strategies for the Philippine marketMust be self-driven with an entrepreneurial edgeAbility to work independently and as a team; flexible; and willing to perform various tasksExcellent presentation, organizational, negotiation, and verbal and written communication skillsAbility to apply market knowledge relative to the competition, market share, and opportunitiesStrong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office, and has the ability to learn new technologyAbility to analyze trends and competitive programs in the education industryAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environmentExperience in the e-learning industry targeting K-12 education institutes preferredExisting connection and relationship with K-12 education institutes as clients highly valuedWilling to work and travel all areas of Bicol

Education:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Education or any related courseAn MBA degree is an advantage

Work Conditions:
