Duties and Responsibilities:

Legal and Compliance: assisting and reviewing policies and procedures related to all compliance areas during the audit.Contract management: drafting/reviewing site lease agreements based on our templatesTemplates: assisting the team in sourcing and creating templates for various agreements and adapting them for regional marketsManuals & systems: helping create manuals and processes to get the legal function to work betterKnowledge management: assisting the legal team in spreading awareness about relevant lawsTraining: sharing legal know-how across the company to help manage riskMiscellaneous: documentation related assistance to the business and legal teams

Key skillsets & Personality traits

Law/Juris Doctor Degree from a good university with robust academic credentials preferably a Juris Doctor/Bachelor of Law graduate.With at least 5 years of relevant experience.Top-notch English language drafting skills. You must be adept at international business English. No Latin, no colloquialisms & definitely no 18th-century legaleseAttention to detail is an absolute must. (Did you spot the error in this sentence already?)Strong communication skills. You should be able to present issues effectively to a large group of people.
