Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages overall project performance such as but not limited to the scope, safety, quality, schedule, innovation, cost, and customer satisfactionEffectively applies the approved methodologies and project standards of the Company.Build project timelines, schedules, coordinate with client and lead the executionSupport creation of design presentations for meetingsOther related duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in leadershipWith 10 years over all working experienceDetail-oriented and strong communication skillsStrong business acumen in project planning and managementIn-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principlesWith experience on handling MEPSKnowledgeable in Shop drawing (e.g. Auto CAD, Sketchup, etc.) and in MS Office, and MS ProjectBachelors Degree of Civil Engineering and must have a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
