职位描述
1) Responsible in the handling of the Financial Accounting Division of the group of companies.
2) Act as a Business Support for the companies.
3) Perform review and approval of all applicable accounting documents and journal entries (i.e. Requests for Payment, Sales Invoices) based on the approval matrix.
4) Assist in managing the Financial Accounting team in the month-end closing activities of the companies.
5) Assist in managing the team in keeping an accurate, updated and timely monthly books of accounts, Trial Balance report, supporting schedules and required internal management reports.
6) Assist the Group CFO in the preparation of all the Financial Statements (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet) and other pertinent management reports.
7) Assist in the Financial Reporting for the companies.
8) Assist in the setting up and implementation of the Internal Controls, Financial Policies and Procedures for all companies.
9) Assist in managing the Financial Audits preparation, execution and compliance.
10) Manage his team in the monitoring, submission and compliance of all taxes and other
statutory requirements.
11) Assist in the new ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) Project Business Review, UAT and Migration/Implementation.
12) Manage people under him for all companies.
13) Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by the Group CFO.
