QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Business related course.Keen on details, able to maintain composure in any situation.Literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word)Must have at least 6 months of clerical work experience.Reliable in handling documents, highly organized, with time management skills, and with strong attention to details.

JOB DEscriptION:

Prepares Sales Invoice and credit memo for Cash Transactions.Monitors the job orders/ Sales Orders.Transmit Customer's copy of S.I to Sales & Logistics Personnel.Ensure that all returned DR must be properly attached to S. I and attachments for Cash Transactions.Monitors and Issues Delivery Receipt Booklet to Logistics and Warehouse Department. Ensure that the series is complete; if cancelled, all copies must be attached.Prepares weekly summary report on pending S. I without actual DR for Cash Termed TransactionsPrepares monthly summary report of DR numbers that have not yet been transmitted to Credit and Collection Department..
