职位描述
We are hiring a Branch Operations Head based in Tagum, Davao, and will enjoy a competitive benefits package on top of their salary (Manila rate).
Specific job responsibilities include:
Prepare and plan budget for the office, maintenance, and park operationsApprove checks, purchase orders, interment documents, and other operations documents within their authorityCheck and review reports(cash journal receipt, sales reports, aging, interment summary, collection efficiency, etc.) for submission to Head OfficeMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly collections and compare with set targetsReview and recommend all park construction projectsQualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, Business Development nor any related business course.Proven work experience in operations.At least 3 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Willing to travel and work on-siteCan start ASAPExcellent project management skillsExcellent organizational skillsExcellent problem-solving skillBenefits:
