职位描述
Maintain existing customers and develop new potential local businesses;Supervise daily inquiries and complaints, and give timely suggestions and solutions;Visit customers regularly to understand the real-time dynamic situation;According to the needs of different customers, give professional transportation suggestions;Provide regular updates for management to adjust strategic plans if needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above.Basic knowledge of transportation, international business, and logistics.At least 3 years of experience in shipping, airlines, or forwarding industry.English is required, a strong sense of customer service, strong communication skills, and good at solving problems and providing solutions.
