职位描述

·      Certified Public Accountant or Lawyer with minimum 8-10 years experience in managing Integrity and Compliance programs in large multinational organizations

·      Knowledge in compliance process improvement

·      Have knowledge of Data privacy in Philippines

·      Strong Excel skills

·      Possesses basic organizational and good interpersonal & influencing skills.

·      Maintains Confidentiality of information

·      Ability to work independently and in a team.

·      A collaborative mentality and ability to interact across multiple teams

·      Possesses experience in conducting and managing investigations including conducting interviews. Ability to interview investigation subjects and witnesses and extract relevant information that is critical to an investigation

·      Ability to manage time to prioritize

·      Flexibility to work across multiple time zones when required

·      Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills

·      Ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity through tact and courtesy when dealing with individuals from various social, cultural, racial, and economical backgrounds

·      Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team

·      Ability to prepare clear, concise written reports
