Source to Pay Procurement Support Quality Control/Audit Expert

Major tasks and responsibilities •                    Responsible lead and perform global analysis of SRM quality observations and report it to lead and manager of SRM operations •                    To develop a strong control for SRM quality operations by conducting regular process reviews and take complete ownership of the processes, identify gaps and help the team to fix it proactively •                    Be part of customer & managerial engagement through regular catch ups and ensure team and self-respond to all queries within 24 hours •                    Sharing process improvement ideas based on the frequent observations and support team in completing the value-added projects •                    To ensure all reporting’s are done on time and Report Monthly Metrics & dashboards as per the timelines •                    documentations to be reviewed on regular basis and keep it up to date •                    Support management on adhoc quality reporting’s/ presentations •                    To ensure all errors are recorded in Query tool and have corrective and preventive actions updated in alignment with the team. •                    To identify inconsistencies / issues in the process and work with team/Lead in resolving the same •                    Act as a point of contact for all issues, requisitions & escalations relating to quality •                    To ensure all reporting activities such as Dashboards are done on time & reviewed. •                    Adhering to Compliance Requirement of the Process Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences, and personal characteristics necessary for success) – University Degree in Finance and Accounting, Commerce, or similar fields– Solid knowledge of Source to Pay / Procurement Process preferable– Experience of more than 5+ years in a S2P Environment – End to End Cycle– Ability to deliver under high pressure– Approachable with good collaboration and influencing skills– Languages: Fluent in English Experience❖ Overall 5+ years of experience in quality audit❖ Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office applications
